Health 101 : Be Mindful Of The Words You Select

When dealing with your health. You must be mindful of the words you select to describe your health condition and how you feel.

Though you’re not feeling great, you need to take on the mindset that you’re coming thru your circumstance. You’re no longer in the beginning stages in other words. You’re better. You’re body is getting better. You aren’t as sick or unhealthy as you were before you started thinking better of your health.

What MADE you sick or unhealthy is no longer an issue for you anymore. You’re body is on the road of recovery.

SOoOo! When someone asks you how are you doing, don’t respond with your head slumped down, I could be better, but I’m not going to complain.

NOOOOOOOOOOOO! You need to put your head up, and declare that you are doing well. If you got any better, you wouldn’t know what to do with yourself. Because the truth is, when you DO get better, you won’t know what to do.

You must first believe with your thoughts, then your words and actions.

Thoughts become things. Your thoughts are no different than seeds. Your actions are water and nutrients. The more seeds you produce and plant, the more water they are going to require. The more nurishment you give your seeds, the better change they have to grown and manifest in your life!

Be a keeper of Healthy Thoughts so your body can follow!
