Part 2 : How To Build Confidence

So we’ve established the steps that you must take on a daily basis in order to get you in the right mind and space to Build Your Confidence.

The next step is to take some inventory on your life; where you currently are opposed to where you would like to be.

Ponder this:

How would you feel if you knew for a fact and without any doubt that you could achieve ANYTHING you set your mind to? How much of a difference would this make to your life?

Now, let’s do more than just think about it. Write down your answer(s).

Invision yourself achieving these goals. Feel the feeling of what it would feel like if it were the case.

Let’s take it a little further. What do you think difference is between confident and unconfident people? What would you personally do if you were the confident person you’d like to be?

Would it be easier for you to speak up for yourself? Would it be easier for you to go out in public? Wear certain types of clothing or go certain places?

Think about your answer(s). Then write them down.
